News | DALITEK was honored to be invited to attend the 2017 annual summit of the China Hotel Engineering Committee (CHEC)!    Date:2018-02-23

The CHEC annual summit was held on August 19, 2017 in Shanghai at the Minhang Le Meridien Hotel. There were over 400 esteemed participants at this event including senior representatives from real estate groups, hotel groups, hotel general managers, hotel engineering directors, chief engineers and nearly a hundred leading representatives of enterprises servicing the hospitality industry gathered together. .

On the agenda to be discussed was how best to utilize the combined engineering knowledge and skills to the fields of project management, construction and operations to best meet the requirements of the current issues in such an innovative and fast-moving industry environment. Also how to successfully integrate CHEC into the developmental situation of various industries to pave the sustainable road ahead.


At 9 o'clock in the morning, the summit was officially opened and chaired by the CHEC Management Committee: the General Manager of Poly Hotel Management Co., Ltd; Mr. Li Guohua, Executive Vice President of China National Architecture Research Institute: Xiao Houzhong, Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Tourism Industry Association; Ms. Zhu Chengrong, CHEC Executive Chairman of the Operations Committee; Xia Guoyue, gave speeches and opened the prelude of the Future-Hotel Summit Industry Forum.

At the meeting, Mr. Liu Jiwu, Deputy General Manager of DALITEK, was invited to participate in the round table panel discussion to explore how to create lasting and meaningful value for the member enterprises.

DALITEK showcased its innovative guestroom control software to all the assembled industry leaders and guests at the event, displaying the convenience of controlling in-room devices from a mobile device. This software system is also more in line with operational trends and technological expectations of the current generation of younger people.
